Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16. In just one year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of her placing. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
